Book-shaped gift box (including gift box / magnetic folding gift box) production process:

1. Determine the design draft

2. Confirm the sample and place an order for production

3. Scheduling materials for production activities (face paper, enclosures, inner stickers, bottom paper, cardboard or MDF, inner support materials, etc.)

4. Printer paper and inner stickers (printer tote with matching tote)

5. After the work of the production process (coating, embossing, debossing by UV, stamping, embossing, die-cutting is selected as the desired treatment)

6. Box cutting:

a. Wrapping paper, printed surface paper, inner stickers, and gray cardboard for material panels, hoardings, and inner trays are cut with a paper cutter to the established target size (density boards need to be cut with their own professional large saws)

7. Cover the paper (note that the paper is wrapped flat on the surface of the panel, and the side of the package is solid), paste the paper, and install the curtain (also need to put a magnet).

8. Box assembly (We can choose the gluing method according to the development needs of different materials: brush the original glue on the enclosure and glue the glue gun for system assembly. Keep a clean box during assembly, in order to avoid leakage affecting the appearance of the plastic.)

9. Paste the bottom paper as needed. (Note to keep the box clean)

10. Put the inner support (the upper and lower information asymmetrical inner support should be placed to distinguish the research direction)

11. Wipe the cabinet, the cabinet (it takes a certain amount of time to make the cabinet, and there will inevitably be floating soil and stains, so we need to wipe the end of the cabinet)
